Shooting to kill

I'd decided not to believe a word that was said about the shooting of a passenger on a US plane in Florida - it seemed wise.

But my first reaction was "I bet he's not white and mentally ill - obviously a crime that should be punished by death." And the more they talk, the more likely that seems.
