The more free companies are to move around, the more they can leverage from different localities </I><BR/><BR/>The solution to that problem is one you have already solved by having one objective labour law for all. The fact that we don't punnishes the people. And now you want to punnish the people further by this half-way solution of reducing market mobility. Tarriffs distort- they increse the cost to consumers and deprive workers of the employment that unfettered conditions dictates that they deserve.<BR/><BR/><I>Improved transport has meant that manufacturing can reasonably easily be moved from one location to another</I><BR/><BR/>Why not abolish efficient transport too then?
